Techlaw attorney Bob Irvine presented at the recent Association of University Technology Managers (AUTM) Software Course in Jersey City June 8, 2012.
The talk was about Software Patents: “Are Software Patents Worth It?” where Bob argued that it is difficult to draw the line between software and non-software inventions, and as such, simply doing away with software patents, as some would have it, would eliminate necessary IP protection for US businesses.  His presentation can be downloaded here: Software Patents – Irvine
