Mr. Weiser's Professional Profile
Mr. Weiser has technical experience with a variety of technologies, including design of receivers, spectrum analyzers, synthesizers, RF components, TDMA multiplexers, local operating networks, embedded microcontroller circuit design; writing software (in C and other languages) for ASIC development; and digital hardware design using Verilog.
Mr. Weiser has been practicing law since 1997, after graduating with honors from Rutgers University School of Law (Newark). He was an articles editor of the Rutgers Computers & Technology Law Journal, and was a winner of a prize for best performance (GPA) during senior law school year as well as another prize for best performance in a practice course. He received a bachelor’s degree (summa cum laude) and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of New York (now NYU Polytechnic School of Engineering), in 1982. From 1981-1997, Mr. Weiser held several industry positions, working in electronic design, research and development, agency compliance, and reliability and fault tolerance assessment. From 1994-1997 he worked as a senior technical staff member at Bell Labs Research in Murray Hill, N.J.
Mr. Weiser worked as an associate from 1997-2002 at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison; Lieberman & Nowak; and Calo Agostino, P.C. Mr. Weiser is admitted to practice law in California, New York, and New Jersey. He is also admitted to practice in various federal courts, including the Courts of Appeals for the 9th Circuit and the Federal Circuit as well as in the Central, Eastern, and Southern Districts of California, the District of New Jersey, and the Southern District of New York.
